Go to Google's home page! Pac-Man

Blind spot?

Was there a blind spot on the original pacman? There were always rumors bitd, but we tried every one that we were told.....

Looks like this is one on the google pacman:

Only if you don't move, Once you change PM's direction, they will sweep in and getcha. :(

too effin cool!
I didnt read the whole post - so im sitting there admiring the maze and it started "working" then I realized it was playable- almost scared me for a sec!
hopefully they keep this up for other classics! How about asteroids that are shaped like "google" and start moving around and such-:D
So whats the occasion? Pacman anniversary or something?

There's 2 good hide spots on original Pac-Man. One is in the T right above where Pac-Man starts (below the monster pen). You have to be in the right side of the base of the T. Another is at the very top of the maze, directly above the other one. Either one can be deadly though, if the ghosts aren't done doing their reversals when you go in. (also note there's one last reversal about 18-19 minutes in).

the story from Namco Networks

Google coded it and only cleared it with Namco.
I just asked a friend over at Namco. They happen to be across the street from where I work.

This is the coolest thing that has happened today! A little slower than the realy deal, but it is a fun maze layout to play in. And it has sound! I like this a lot, I hope they keep it around.

If you're playing it in IE, it will be slower. FireFox, Opera and I'll assume Chrome :D, play it at a normal speed.

I've got it patterned already. I got to about the 12th key stage and finally just gave up. Was over 172,000 or so.... beat that bitches!
