Glowing TRON-themed NES

I don't get the point. They didn't make Tron for the NES, and mods like adding led's behind the buttons are pretty neat, but now the buttons don't even say what they're for anymore. It's not that hard to figure out, but ultimately it ends up being just a lot of glow in the dark paint.

That's pretty awesome, but $250 sounds a bit steep.

Oh, I didn't even notice there was a price on it or that it was for sale. I just quickly saw that it was modded. But yes, that is pricey. I like to leave my NES as it is in its original form. :)

I don't get why they chose Tron either. Just thought it was interesting. I think people just get bored and decide to do random things.

I like to keep things original too... at least, if I own only one. But if I have several (in the case of the NES, the Game Cube and such) I wouldn't mind doing a nice mod to it. IF it looks good.

For example, I did a green and gold GC not that long ago, with a matching wavebird, Zelda themed

PS... did you see the link to the Lego Printer? that's impressive

it is cool, in the light that they release game specific themed consoles these days, but i don't know if there's a lot of people these days that would pay that much for it...

Is this just a glow in the dark effect or under a blacklight?

Would be cool on a crystal cased NES with lighting on the exposed pcb's internally, I'd be tempted. :)
