Gloom, despair, and agony on me...

Keeps blowing a fuse on startup. I went through about $30 in fuses trying to figure it out before I finally gave up.

It just seemed pointless to keep dicking with it when I had no idea how to track down the problem. Plus, I didn't want to make things worse by making some silly newbie mistake on such a nice machine.

Ya I understand that one. You had to load it up and deliver huh? How was that process on moving it from your game room to load in your truck or trialer? The repair shop in your town? Must be nice if it fairly close to ya. I dred the day I need to move mine or take it to the shop. Well any word that they fixed it yet for ya? Good luck, and I also like your game room very nice as well.

Recently, I've had to move a Toobin' and the Freddy pin by myself (via my PT Cruiser), and I have to say, the Freddy was infinitely easier. Plus, it fit perfectly in the PT, whereas I couldn't fully close the hatch with the Toobin'.

The shop I took it to was about 40 minutes away from my house, so no biggie. (It's about 10 minutes from where I work, so that's even better.) The tech told me that he would try to get to it early this week, so hopefully I'll hear something from him soon. He also said that if everything was working fine on the machine before it started blowing fuses (which it was), that the problem is likely no big deal. Hopefully that'll be the case, so I'll actually be able to afford the repair bill.

Good luck, and I also like your game room very nice as well.

Thanks! Although, I need to take some new pics and shoot a new video. (I'll do that when Freddy returns.)

"I'll actually be able to afford the repair bill" ya thats what I was thinking, these repair guys get paid better then auto mechanics in most cases. Can be costly, here the going rate is $185 house call thats includes most parts as he said he has most everything in the truck for most repairs on pin's and he has to drive 55miles + to get here.

So a pin in a PT cruiser damn sounds like alot of work so you take the legs off fold down the head and slide her in, get to shop and put them legs on and put up the head and carry or drag in shop? Just trying to understand this procedure as for my use in the future is all. I remember "Toobin" That is a fun game.

Let's see...

First, I laid down the backbox and placed a flat furniture dolly underneath the pin. Then, I removed the front of the legs of the pin, and sat the front of the cabinet down on the legs of a stool that I had laid on its side. I then removed the back legs, sitting the rear of the cabinet down on the floor. After that, I pulled the stool out from underneath the front of the pin, and fully sat the cabinet down on the dolly.

From there, I just rolled it out onto the front porch and slid it into the back of the PT -- which I had backed up to the edge of the porch. Easy as pie!

At the shop, we just slid it out of the PT and onto a pin dolly.
