So if anyone has seen my posts as of late.
I've been looking for a Multi-Williams (JROK) PCB.
Well fortune has smiled down upon me and I was fortunate enough to finally find one for sale (thanks to 11strings).
Well I'll be getting the board here in the next week or so and wanted to ask a couple of questions concerning the PCB board.
I already know that it is a jamma board that hooks into the jamma harness.
The questions that I have are this:
#1 I've seen pictures of the JROK board being directly connected to what looks to be a dedicated Williams cabinet through the boards of a game. (Picture attached) Whats that all about?
#2 Looking at the manual online for the PCB I see that there is a 2-pin connector towards the middle of the board for V-sync and H-sync. (Same picture in the middle of the board)Being there is a Sync cable on the jamma harness, whats that about?
#3 Looking at the pictures that I've seen of the PCB I don't see a track for the -5V on the PCB so my assumption is that the board doesn't need a -5V pin out, right?
I think this covers all the questions that I have.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank in advance.
