Hi guys just picked up a giant stacker game for my ffc. Im having an issue with it. When i play and get the the small prize win the game wont let me continue. The button is good hooked up right it appears it lights up and everything. But for some reason instead of letting me continue it just freezes up and starts spinning the whell at the bottom to dispence a small prize. Now as of right now i dont have any prizes in the game so im not sure if i need them in there to register so i can continue or what is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
travis

It almost certainly wants to vend the prize before it continues - try putting something (anything) in so that it can vend, then see what it does. I bet it works fine.

yes, Im almost positive that you need to vend a prize before it continues. If not...the game should start saying over and over again..."prize error prize error....please call he attendent".

I don't know specifically about Stacker, but based on experience with cranes I can make a few guesses...

Check the switch on the "small prize" button. Pull one spade clip off and make sure the wires aren't shorted with the switch in the circuit. (That is, resistance clip-to-clip reads open when the game is off; if it isn't, you have a wiring problem.) Try the game again with the switch disconnected. If it still does it, try again with the switch connected NC-COM (as opposed to NO-COM). Make sure the switch NC and COM leads actually read shorted when it's not pressed (the switch itself may be bad). If it's still doing it, pull out the manual and go over the configuration settings; if it doesn't have a "small prize vend only" or "vend small and large prize on one credit" option or similar, then you likely have logic board trouble.
