While on one of my urban exploration bicycle rides I came across this former arcade building located in what appears now to be a pretty bad gang infested neighborhood. Going by the art on the building it looks it may have been at one time a decent gaming place. I was kind of hopeful that inside there would be a long lost Sundance or something.

Funny I should come across this while watching "Life After People". lol.

"In, the time of humans, this was once a bustling arcade where children played games like Pac-Man, Centipede and Joust. Now, all that remains is a leaky, rusting shell, a ghost of a better time."

"Gang infested" in Georgia must mean something milder than "Gang infested" in California. Here, those murals in a high gang activity area on an abandoned building would have survived a whopping 2 days before getting tagged over. Let alone making it 30 years later. O_O

Looks like it was a pretty cool place back in the day. I agree on trying the Google route and see if you can find any more info. I too love urban exploration, you never know what you might find.
