Built a 13xx multigame and 2 games i love but cant seem to figure out a way to play them.

1. Q-bert, do i just need an 8 way switch to move him around better and are those wired different....????

2. Tron, What controls do i need to add to make this game work? the original has a "spinner" and fire button on the joystick,,,the joystick fire button is easy enuf but what are your thots on adding a spinner and where to find and wire it to a jamma harness? thxs for taking the time. regards, paul

Q-bert has a four way joystick, mounted 45 degrees rotated.

Spinner input depends on the hardware in the multigame. It's essentially a one-dimensional trak-ball, so if you have one of those already, then you should be able to use it as the spinner. I know nothing of xxxx-in-1 hardware, so I don't know how it interfaces to non-joystick controls. If it's just a Jamma board, then it might have a trak-ball header on it, in which case it shouldn't be hard to connect up to a spinner.
