Since your monitor connector uses those crappy push-down connections, make sure those sync wires are down completely...

Try removing the sync wires from the video connector, and just hooking up R=G=B=Ground. I've had some good luck with that when I can't get my 19k7302 to sync.

No actually. I've gotten a bit discouraged by the whole thing. I guess I should give it a go but I'm not sure how to do it.
