I recently started having the problem with my supercharger resetting the game when activated. I know that's a different issue, but the reason why i mention it is because I left the game as it was for about a month and didn't play it. Now the reset problem is not happening. Even after 20 or so plays in a row. Weird.

Now the gate on my supercharger is moving very slowly when it's supposed to open and let the ball out of the super charger track.

Does anyone know what I should look at? I have yet to do any pin repair but I can fix things if I know what to look for.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Could be alot of things. Tomdotcom has a Getaway and is real knowledgeable with pin's :) so hang tight ok, he will chime in since it's a question on "The Getaway". Take it away Tom............

I didn't expect a reply with a miracle fix immediately. I'm patient.

I appreciate the knowledge on these forums and I know someone will point me in the right direction.

If it's a physical binding issue check the plastic above or near the divertor, sometime they are screwed to tightly physically restrict normal movement of the divertor.

Do you get any error reports at startup, do both the upper and lower divertor check out ok in the tests.

The lower divertor is the closed position, (ball stays in the loop) you have to catch it open on the upper divertor test, and then for the lower divertor test you should feel a slight pulse of the gate, as it tries to close.

If its moving slowly it's probally physical restriction of some kind, chek the coil sleeves as well, it's a pain to get to the divertor but that where I'd start.

I'm going to check that stuff out this week. Unfortunately I can't run any tests and see what I'm doing since I need a new DMD. but for now I can check for any restrictions as you mentioned.

Thanks.
