Genesis reproduction ramp delivery

I think the purple one is a painted one. The NOS color is slightly different. I replied to his email and asked that he just send them as is, along with a paint code, or something. I figure at this point, I can do the painting. I just want to get them to you guys.

The colored one in the picture is definitely painted. The originals are a lot more pink. Still looks pretty cool though.

Hey guys, the package with the ramps in it is finally on the way to me. He shipped it out Friday.

I won't know until they arrive. He has not been very forthcoming with info. If they end up not being painted, I will try to get the paint information from him, and refund part of the money to each of you to cover paint/time.

I recieved the ramps last night. They are unpainted, and some of the edges seem kind of rough. I am going to wash the dust off, and see how they look later in the weekend.

Would people prefer me to try to paint them (I have no idea how to do that, but could try to learn), or would you like them to be shipped to you clear?

I will post pictures later in the weekend.

Personally, I think i want my ramps clear. Put some purple LEDs underneath and they will look fantastic.

I actually sold my genesis sometime back but I advertised it with a set of repro ramps. The buyer has been patiently waiting this whole time.

Thats a good idea, I bet they would look great with the Purple LEDs under them.
