I am not ready to write it off yet. I hound him everyday, and if he didn't want to finish, I think he would stop answering me. If it does come to that, I will be refunding everyone, no matter how long it takes me to get the money together.

Quite frankly, at this point I really don't care that "life got in the way". That may have been acceptable the first 10 times. It's been the same thing for months. How many times now have these things been supposed to ship "next week". Commitments were made and broken over and over again. Give me my ramps or give me my money. Immediately. Simple as that.

I sent a "reply all" this morning to the last email I had which was a month ago. There have definitely not been "many updates". There should not be a need for many updates in the first place.
I realize this is out of your hands now, Tim. Thanks for taking on the project and I feel bad that it turned out so poorly for you.

I emailed saying that I didn't want any more excuses and I wanted either the ramps shipped next week or a full refund. This was the reply:

Oh man, that is no good. I think I am going to demand all the money back that I have sent him, since that probably won't happen, I will work on getting refunds together. I am so sorry to everyone.

I'm not accepting a refund from you if you don't get the money back from him. Wouldn't be fair.
There are still emails going back and forth. We'll see what he says as far as when they'll be done this time. Even if the ramps are produced, mine will probably arrive smashed at this point. haha!

The only email I got from him was him saying for us to get off your ass because you had given him the money and there were several weather delays on producing them. I emailed him to see what was going on as Lindsey had pointed out it had been a month since his last email and all he had to do was paint them. If his response to Lindsey's request is hateful, then he obviously has no intentions of finishing the ramps. If he is truely losing money by making these, then why would he follow through?
I'm curious as to how many members are still waiting?

I think there were 10-12 people on the email thread I was replying to. At this point my emals are being ignored. I'm usually the last person to be posting emails but these already went out to a bunch of people so here you go, for the information of anyone else who might be waiting on these.

If I remember right, it was oregon? Too far for me to do anything about it, even though I would like to. Bottom line is the email at the first of july said the paint had to cure on the ramps before shipping them out. If that was the case, then we would already have them. I believe we paid for a few individuals to receive their ramps, crappy shape or not. After the money was used up, the project was dropped. I'm sure all of the pictures taken, were of the original batch and used to keep the suspicion down. I'm just tired of people offering services and then making excuses why they can't follow through. Seems to happen to frequent to me here lately.
