Genesis Repro Ramps *FINALLY* Shipping This Week

Tim LaPean will not refund me for non delivery of goods paid for.

So how should I handle this situation ?
I know he has resolved the issue with another well known member here but he continues to ignore me, no communication and indeed is blocking my number now too.
I know he has been on rgp even today, so its not like he got hit by a bus or flew to the moon.

How did you pay? Did you send a check through the mail or pay by credit card?

Paypal, more than 45 days ago so they cannot get the money back, only lean on him.

Should I file a police report for theft ?

Feels a bit viscous sending the plod to "some guy called Timothy who ripped me off on the interwebs, he lives somewhere in your area" but what else am I to do ?

He's on RGP asking for help on his CV. I posted that Quattrohead on KLOV would love to give him a hand in fixing it.

dudes got a cv but cant honor his debts to a klov brother. i dont have a dog in this fight but i say that's just plain wrong. he could at least make contact and make some kind of arrangement. just my 2 cents.

If you look at several posts, he has been buying/selling/trading during this whole mess. I told tim to send my ramps to someone else as I didn't need them anymore and he told me that everyone would be receiving their ramps. I would have rather been out my money, than to see someone else out both.

Exactly, it makes no sense why he doesn't at least respond. The only possibility is he intends to defraud the people who have still not received ramps or a refund. I wonder if Lindsay ever got a refund or ramps?
