UPDATE: I managed to get Tim's number and gave him a call. I wasn't able to talk to him but we exchanged some texts and the matter has been resolved.

Really good to hear. It really isn't that difficult to resolve issues like this ultimately but it sure did seem next to impossible to get Tim to do the right thing. A seller's reaction to a situation like this surely reflects on who they are as an individual.

The whole thing was a disaster. I think the only person I don't feel for in all of it is the guy who manufactured the ramps. He was clown shoes from day one.
Just curious.....who was the "manufacturer"? By any chance, does he reside in Oregon?

I don't have a lot of details. We exchanged some emails, I think I posted some more detail on that a while back. Needless to say, I don't think he will be taking on any more pinball ramp reproduction projects. This one didn't turn out too well.
Glad it's resolved. I hope he learns from this.

The manufacturer is a member here on the boards. If you do a search on here for "genesis ramps", you will see a thread about his upcoming projects.
If I remember correctly, he does.
