Anyone besides Arcadeshop sell a generic plain blue CPO for cheaper?

Thanks,
Robert

I always thought about trying that shelf lining material with adhesive on one side as a generic CPO. You can get it at alot of places like Wal-Mart I believe.

You can always try ebay as well. Probably hit and miss there though

No clue since I havent tried it yet. I would think some would have texture, some would not. Probably depends on brands and such.

LMAO, death grip!! No kidding! I picked up a creased generic capcom overlay at cax last weekend. On eBay, a generic one is usually around 20 shipped. Being the cheap bastard that I am, I held out for a cheaper alternative and lucked out for $5. cant even see the crease really on my control panel (I applied it that night)

If I still had my plotter, I would just churn out a custom and throw some plexi on top of it.

Not sure about blue, but my local Home Depot and Lowe's carry the adhesive shelf paper crap in just a plain black. Comes in a roll of about 18 inches wide and like 16 feet long. Has a nice leather look to it which hides blemishes. Runs about $6.
I've used it on 2 or 3 of my custom and multi cabs, but all of them had plexi thrown on top for good measure.

Twisted quarter also has some generic overlay material in both black and blue I believe. I have used it on a cab or two. It does not have the "death grip" but does have a rough texture and is about the next best thing. I think that GameOnGraffix (formerly Mame Marquees) also now carries a generic overlay for under $10. I ordered one a couple of days ago with some other stuff. Hopefully it will be decent enough to use, but I typically put lexan over them anyway.
