Hi,

I have a cabinet that is missing the PS, I plan to put in a switcher in for the game boards, but what do I need to do to get power to the monitor? Do I need to buy a replacement brick thing from someplace, or is there a modern alternative I can utilize?

Thanks very much

If you plan on using that monitor (the one in the cab) it will probably need an Isolation Transformer, most monitors need these.

There is a small circuit board that will convert the signal to work in a tv or a computer monitor.

So them there is the two options you have.

1) Use original monitor get the parts

2) Use converter and different monitor i.e. tv, flat screen, computer monitor, etc.

Isolation transformer, cool, I'll look into that! Are these fairly standard? I realize some monitors are funky as far as voltage goes, but I'm using a K7000 series, so I'm guessing I shouldn't have much trouble finding this part?

I appreciate the wisdom imparted in my direction!

Ryan
