So many monitor flow charts but nothing really overall to a whole game that I can find.

I've found this one (mid page) that crosses over a bit : http://www.tokensonly.com/tag/arcade-resources/

Are there any others, I know things can get complicated but if the "How to fix PCBs - A Beginners Guide" could be made into a simple flow chart that would be cool.

Just the very basic principles such as:

Voltages Good -> Re-seating chips fix? -> Test Mode Functional -> Image on Screen -> Plays Blind -> etc etc maybe leading to basic video issues and where they would fall in a circuit.

My 7 part pcb repair guide is laid out in literally the steps I believe you should take. (Ok 4 and 5 (verifying Roms and Rams) are reversed in my opinion but none the less.

Generally it should be something like this,
Voltages, clock circuit, reset circuit, verify Rams verify roms.
If you do those steps the game should work, you might have graphic or sound issues but you need the game booting to diagnose and fix thatbstuff usually anyway. Graphics and sound fixing will be very different depending on game.

Your site is simply awesome, I've spent many of hours perusing through all the info and it's helped me get a few games running as well. Thank you so much for all the great info there.

I find I can get overwhelmed quickly so was thinking a basic chart, even if it pointed to links on your pages would create a systematic way of looking at things.

I find so often when I'm reading about issues in this forum you guys can quickly narrow down the issue to a particular area taking away most of the trauma in fixing a game by eliminating most of it, I want to be able to do that.
