So what is the status on this project? I am looking to get a few sets, but have not heard the latest update. Let's hear from ya. :)

there was a post over on Coinopspace a month back that someone was vectorizing the art
not sure about the printing but I could help if the file were vectored.

I was gonna throw your name out there for this Rich....

Rich has stated that he would be willing to print the sideart for me in the past. However, the only good cleaned up artwork is the 'short' sideart. Most people are holding out for the longer, full length sideart.

Here is the coinopspace thread:

by chance would this include cpo's also??

They are always dirty or damaged!

Im seeking the films for the cpos, however too many people in here think the inkjetters do such wonderful work that they may choose their version over a genuine screened version.

The more colors (Gauntlet has a lot) and more sophisticated the art the bigger the differences are between inkjet and screen print.

Im not saying dont support the inkjetters. But please dont support them when there is a screen print version available. They can print one at a time, screen printing you cannot. Their upfront cost is the cost of one, which is minimal. Ours is far greater than that and there is a noticeable difference when compared side by side.

Thats what I've been waiting for, a good QUALITY reproduction..

Man your mappy marquee was top notch. Ink jet just wont cut it for me..

Sorry to drag this up, but how we going with this ? I'm in the middle of a restore and would love the sideart and CPO

i bought a set from that canadian guy who did them and i'm totally happy with it - i don't care about the little inaccurancies, no one will notice them. who knows how long the other project takes and how much it's going to cost, i'd buy those canadian sidearts again in a heartbeat!
