Gauging interest: Track and Field Cocktail Near Denver

I am contemplating selling my Track and Field cocktail on pedestal, and just want to see if there is any interest here. I was going to restore it, but may let the new owner have the pleasure. It needs new CPO's, and the monitor needs a cap kit. The t-molding probably need to be replaced as well. I also have a working HyperSports board set I could sell with it as well.

I am willing to put this baby on a pallet and drop it off at Pilot Air in Denver, which means shipping to a major terminal should run around $150, but check with your local PA office to make sure.

Asking $1299, which includes the extra HyperSports board, as well as strapping to a pallet and delivering to the terminal in Denver. I am willing to entertain offers, and will reduce the price if you don't want one or both board sets, or don't need me to deliver it.

More pictures upon request.

Before anyone gets pissed, I will explain myself a bit.

CPOs for the T&F cocktail are $150+ shipping. The monitor needs a capkit, and the OP talked about letting someone else restore this game so it needs other work as well (t-mold, there are lockbar holes to be filled, etc). If it were MINT it may fetch $800-$1000, and that's a huge if in this day and age of selling video games. The HS board helps out, but I wouldn't value it at more than about $140.

I would say this cocktail (in my opinion only) with the work/art it needs, w/ that HS board should have a $600-$650 price tag.

That said, good luck with your sale.

I have already gotten several offers for things like the pedestal, the boards and the control panels. I could easily get more than $600 if I part it out.

I don't even think it would get that much parted. I would sell the HS board separately and offer the complete cocktail for $300-400.

for what it's worth Exidy's unofficial price list says the cocktail T&F can sell for $800-1200 but, even when the economy was better and people were paying higher prices for games I personally never saw one sell for over $600. I'm sure there are examples though of ones that sold as high as Exidy listed.

I don't know why you would even need to explain anything, at $1300 the game should be perfect needing nothing including shipping!!!

list it on craigslist and see if you get a bite.
If you scored $1k that would be outstanding.

My buddy bought one for $350 with new cpo's, in pretty good shape.
