I feel compelled to post this as prior to me purchasing from Jeremiah (garagearcadecom) I saw a few posts that made me hesitant (bad seller, poor packing).

However, I did purchase anyway, as I was interested in the VS mother board with Mario Bros and Golf for my Red Tent.

1. Items were very well packed and I received them in a timely manner
2. One of the games was not working (Mario Bros)
3. Jeremiah responded right away (after I had taken over a week to test it) and sent me a new chip set
4. Second chipset did not work either and through some testing I discovered that the issue was with the CPU chip
5. Jeremiah accepted my testing results and then immediatley sent out a new (correct) CPU
6. This CPU worked and I am very happy

Through the couple or so weeks of shipping and me getting around to testing, Jeremiah worked with me and communicated promptly to help resolve.

Additionally, when I enquired about how much he would charge me to keep the incorrect CPU (you never know when you'll need it!), as I promised to mail back the extra Mario Bros chip set, he said to keep it for free.

I cannot speak for other's experience but I can say that through respectful communications mine was great and would not hestiate again to order from him again.

As people only tend to offer feedback when an experience is bad, I felt that my experience was so good that it would only seem fair to take 5 minutes to call that out as well.

I will chime in too.

I recently got a game from Jeremiah (garagearcadecom). Communication was great throughout. He shipped the game and it was everything explained. I understand some have had a bad shipping / poorly packed experience, and i am sorry to hear that, i just wanted to relay i had a good experience for what its worth, and would do business with him again. Thanks.

I was the one that made the post of his terrible shipping. I dealt with him quite a few times and even talk to him on the phone about arcade and non arcade stuff. I never said he was a bad person, I just stated how I felt about his packing and how I received trash from marquee. Some of the stuff he sold me shouldn't even have been sold. It should've have been put straight in the garbage. I had quite a few problems with stuff I got from including a complete game. I never made a list of all the problems I had because they were in the past. And yes he will most of the time make an effort to correct things, but he been doing this for years and knows better, but I felt he did me wrong for as far as we been dealing with each other. Sending me some scratched to hell, broken & cut down marquees, then come back to correct it with a box of fragile roms just thrown in a box with no packing support whatsoever. A 12 year old would no better than that. After that I just gave up because to me looking at that box of roms gave me the impression that he clearly said F*cm me and here's your stupid roms, enjoy! After that he expected me to send the marquee back and roms. Why do I or should I waste my time and gas doing, just to send back garbage. And its not like I lied just to get something free or something. I sent him pics of what he sent me and there was no possible way they got damaged in shipping., sorry. I'm glad you chose to buy and support him, thumbs up for you. Me on the other hand stopped for good after the last bag of popcorn roms. Just wanted to state my dealings with your new friend.
