I picked up a non-working Gaplus cocktail , well when I bought it he said it played blind but when I got it home it doesn't come on at all . I've checked all the fuses that I can find and they look fine . What I did find was three different connectors not plugged into anything and was wondering if you can tell what they are for .

The wires from this connector , go to the black circle next to the power supply ,

It does not have the original monitor because theres burn in that says 1989 Sega , so I think these two connected to the original monitor .

Anyone know what that black circle next to the power supply is ?

Ok , its blowing the 5 amp 120V fuse every time I turn it on , and I saw a flash of light come from the power supply . But it doesn't blow any fuses on the power supply PCB board , just the main 120V .

Those power supplies are often the source of problems. I would suggest replacing it with a switcher.

Another thing you can try is to disconnect everything and see if the fuse still blows. Such as the monitor and fan.

Yeah Gamefixer gave me a couple tips , so I took the power supply out and the 120V fuse doesn't blow and I can hear the monitor turn on . So I guess a new switcher , am I gonna need an adapter harness to run a switcher , cause I've seen those around ?

No special adapter needed, just wire it up. LMK if you need help.
