Check the EOS (End of Stroke) switch.

Still trying to figure this problem out, I'm trying to figure out where this end of stroke switch is at that you are referring to. I've checked the wires to the photo cells and all are attached. All of the targets can be actuated manually through the program stepper unit. There just seems to be one missing piece to the puzzle on the scoring that I can't figure out. This is the only em gun game that I have been exposed to, so I'm still trying to understand it's operation and schematic interpretation.

Thanks, it is in real good shape. The gun showed some wear and tear, so I painted it and refinished the stock and grips. Made a huge difference, if I can just figure this scoring issue out one of the vids in the house will trade places with it in the garage.
