I've got a few projects on my list of previously non-existant cabarets to make and thought this might make for an interesting topic, which is what games would you think would make really cool mini/cabarets?

Here's the ones on my current fantasy to-attempt list:

Spy Hunter
Side Trak
Rip Cord
Victory
Mouse Trap
Road Blasters - Mostly because I have the parts available.
Tempest - Different, more sci-fi looking than the currently available version.

I really suck at the game but I always thought a Burgertime cabaret would look cool. Have it shaped just like the full size only smaller.

That is hilarious, BurgerTime was the first game I thought of as well. I'm actually currently playing it in my DK cabaret with a couple adapters (BT/B'N'J was my first JAMMA adapter build :))

Mikie is also high on my list, and one day I plan to convert an unsuspecting cabaret into one, probably a Bally/Midway :D

I would like to see a cabaret of Rampage. Not sure how it would look with 3 players but it would be nice to have a smaller cab.

I would have liked to have seen an Atari Red Baron.
I've seen a manual for the game on Ebay that has cabaret stamped on it, Atari must have scraped the idea.

Love the Tapper cockpit idea! That's hilarious.

I wish more cabarets had 19" monitors.
But since someone already said Food Fight, I'll say zookeeper. Great side art and a lot of people love the game, but wouldn't fit it into a full game room unless it was a mini.

And I think that's true of a lot of excellent 1 player games that people love to play, but don't make a spot for in their game room.

Bomb Jack
Pepper II
Mr. TNT
APB
would all be great.

Elevator Action. I had a theory that some operators must have converted Jungle Hunt / Jungle King cabarets over to Elevator Action at some point...and I was right, `cause I now own such a conversion.

Other games:

Q*Bert
Punch-Out!!
Moon Patrol
Defender
Millipede
Journey

I'd like to see them pull off a cabaret version of Galaxian 3.....

Actually Pepper II is on my short like with other Exidy games such as Venture, also Teeter Torture and Hard Hat if I can get the conversions working, I have spare boards just for that purpose. Side Trak is on my list because I badly wanted the Colecovision port which never came out and I'm pretty sure I can convert a Spectar/Targ logic board and construct the audio from scratch, getting decent scans of the artwork might be tough though because it's so damn rare, and Rip Cord I'm 99% sure uses the same hardware as Circus.

BTW, are there cabarets used 19" monitors?
