Games you think deserved sequels...

Thayer's quest- Because they left u hanging. Not a great game but I'd like finish the whole game.

Space ace- christ they made a dragon's lair 2. Why not a space ace 2.

I wouldn't mind seeing a paperboy 2.

Battlezone.

Peter Hirschberg's "Vector Tanks" for iPhone represents a good model. (Anyone here still have his "Vector Dream" emulator? Sweet.)

And there was a game for Commodore 64 that was kind of a BZ sequel (albeit obviously with raster graphs). I don't recall its name but it was essentially BZ with a myriad of enemy tank makes and models and, more importantly, warp stations at the mids of each planet. One warped from one enemy tank-laden world to the next by way of finding (and driving into) these warp stations. That was cool.

I'd like a 23rd century-tech fully emersed environmental cab version of Battlezone whereby players from separate locales battled the Evil Empire's air and armor armadae and/or each other.

Yeah. I'm totally geeking now!

I'm pretty sure that Shadow Dancer is the official sequel to Shinobi. And Golden Axe had 2 sequels. As previously mentioned GA2: the Revenge of Death Adder on system 32, and Golden Axe: the Duel on ST-V.

I have to agree that an X-Men Sequel would have been nice. Aliens Vs Predators could have used a sequel. Personally, I think MK2 deserved a better sequel than MK-3 or Ultra....or MK4. And I think Rastan deserved better than it got for its sequel.
