Just wanted to start a thread about games we see less and less. Being in this hobby for over 13 years now, ive noticed lots of games have been destroyed, converted or just plain disappearing.

Here is a list of stuff I havent seen for a while:

Locomotion
Devil Fish
Jack & the Giant Killer
Route 16
Alpine Ski
Kram
Kosmik Krooz'r
Snake pit
Electric yoyo
Monster Bash
Pong Doubles
Space Odyssey
Star Hawk
Tailgunner (upright)

Just to name a few.

Still kind of new to collecting. Only three years. But were any of the ones mentioned ever plentiful? Seems a lot of Alpine ski's were producded though.

Jon, good choice on some of those Taito's...

Looping
Slither
Dark Adventure
Arabian
Cosmic Chasm
Interstellar
Mystic Marathon
Up N Down
Pac Land
Dragon Spirit
Darius
Mercs
Two Tigers with flight yokes
Some of the Centuri games.....

I've never heard of over half of those games... the only one I recall from youth and have never heard much about since is Night Driver.

I've noticed a recent trend of lots being parted but I would probably guess that a number have disappeared into collectors hands never to be seen again until we die and our relatives take them to the dump.

Space Dungeon
Venture
Cheeky Mouse
Lady Bug

A dedicate ladybug just popped up on our CL here this last week. It disappeared quickly at $200. I'm thinking one of the guys building multicades got it to kill it.

We see all games less and less because too many morons are parting them out.

Your probably right but can I put this???

Of ALL the games listed, how many were really popular in the arcade heyday?

I'll throw in my list:

OutRun Mini
DK Cabaret
Super Punch Out!!
