Ever had a game that just doesnt want anything to do with you?

I do. My Superman made me feel like a complete idiot.

I pulled the game out to start cleaning the inside of it. When I set the game back down, I realized that I had to move the game closer to the power outlet. So I take the hand truck and put it on the back, put 1 foot on the axle of the truck and another another foot behind me. Then I take one hand grasping the handle of the truck and another on the back vent of the game. I give it one solid pull (its a heavy cabinet, so I prepared to use alot of strength) and POW. The back panel I grabbed on to rips straight off, knocks me in the face, sends me backwards, hyper-extends my back ankle and I fell backwards into my Golden Tee.

That hurt. Luckily nobody witnessed it.... :p

So you immediately had to come tell everyone about it... ;)

That sucks, I think we've all been there -- my worst case wasn't actually a game though, it came when I was removing a garbage disposal and learned that hammer + face = broken nose.

I've done something similar. Went to pull back on a Rush the Rock, grabbed the top 1 inch chunk of wood up top and tugged. The wood pulled off and I manged to put a decent dent in the drywall about 14 by 14 inches as I fell back into it. Grrr!!

Aw man, that sucks. At least you're okay and it wasn't a monitor related incident or the cab falling on top of you. I smashed my hand last night hauling X-Men through the front door with my buddy and a neighbor. The things we do for these games. :D

I don't think we've moved a game yet that didn't bite us at some point during.

T-Mek almost yanked my buddies arm out of its socket :0

Drew has already done all of those. :)

I have watched him move games around. It really is a full body effort.

At least the Golden Tee has new T-molding to add a little cushion.

I think this is just part of the hobby. I always have cuts and bruises from some game. I am glad Space Invaders is gone. I got hurt every time I touched that one.

Haha its true, Paperboy both smashed my hands and fell on me at the same time.

That's what happens when you remove a garbage disposal using a hammer. lol.

Well, it's a long story, but it made logical sense at the time. :) I actually did end up removing it in about 15 seconds with the hammer + a flathead screwdriver. The way I was going about it still SHOULD have worked, but it didn't. Ah well.
