I would like more, but I really only have space for 4 uprights. I might get a couple of cocktails that could sit where my end tables are. So I've had several games that I don't have any more, but I have kept certain ones for certain reasons. Here they are (prepend each reason with "It's a GREAT game, and.."
Pac-Man - my all time fav game. Would take it to the kill screen when I was a kid. I just love this game.
It just has so much character for the simplicity and it's the one that started it all for me in 1980.
Defender - the complex controls layout. I had to have a dedicated Defender and not rely on MAME.
Gorf - the cool joystick and the pinball-style rank lights. And I like the "5 in 1" factor. Oh and the
overall lighting of the game with the lower marquee and the backlit overhang.
Robotron - another of my favs where I just had to have the real one with the authentic rugged joysticks.
What are your games and why do you love each one?
