Games FT / FS in Alabama (virtual on, Silent Scope, Strike Fighter, deer hunting....
I will follow up with some photographs, but since some things are in different locations, let me know if you have any interest in any particular machine and I will make those a priority.
I live near Selma, Alabama, 36701. While I certainly need the room and the cash, I really enjoy and actually prefer trading if it is for something I can use for the hobby - priority given to working machines, projects, gameroom decor, etc.
Virtual On Twin - I just picked this machine up on a deal, but invested alot of time, sweat, and money to get it here. Not going to put a price on it as I am putting it up for trade only. I made room in the gameroom for it (not easy) so really need something to put in its place. The game works perfectly, both Nanao monitors are crisp and sharp. Speakers are blown on one side, and the white sides definitely could use some retrobright. The sides are not cracked up, but some of the bolt holes around the seats are. One of the cabs was damaged (NOT BY ME). You can not see it from anywhere but the back, but the wooden section behind the monitor (the frame portion where the monitor access screws to) is cracked so badly that it will need to be replaced. This DOES effect the structural integrity of the game making the monitor section a little wobbly. I will patch it well enough so that anyone who wants it can move it and play it forever, but to be perfect, well... i guess it never will be. The main reason I want to get rid of this is I have always loved anything Sega and bought it without ever having played one. I do not enjoy this game at all. For the space it takes up as its a twin, you have to kinda like this one atleast a little. The other reason is I have WAY TOO MANY sitdowns in my game room (15)..
Konami Silent Scope 2, Dark Silhouette $400 - This game is in nice condition and appears to be an original Dark Silhouette. It ran for 3 days non stop at the SFGE and gave ZERO problems. Beautiful monitor, everything works. There are really only 3 minor problems with this game: It is missing the dust shield around the base of the gun (like a big joystick dust shield), it has lock bars (still in place and VERY nice lock bars if there is such a thing) and at one time there was a cup holder mounted to the side (the base is still attached)
Sega Strike Fighters $400 - This game is a sitdown sega beast (500+ #'s) Runs off Naomi hardware with all working controls and beautiful monitor. It was also ran for 3 days non stop at the SFGE, but on two different occassions it froze, but came right back on when it was rebooted. It was running from a mile long extension cord, which I am sure the PS did not like. It has never given me a problem until then and no problems since. Plastics all in good shape, side art is wanting to peel but it 95% there.
Sammy deer hunting $250 - good working Midway Cab with the short shotgun. This appears to be a killer instinct conversion. You can see that there is artwork under the black paint. It works 100% but I just really do not enjoy the game. No conversion sideart.
ATARI SITE 4 - $200. Game is playing blind in a midway cab. Monitor chassis is there, just no fire I can tell there is artwork under the black paint and believe this is either a killer instinct or Mortal Kombat conversion. It does have the Site 4 conversion sideart. the Happ Guns that come with it have taken a beating but can be made to work.
MIDWAY / Konami 4player project cabs - I have a midway cab that was converted to Blitz/showtime combo - i assume it was originally one of the nba jam series, assume monitor probs and missing the boardset. It has the harness but unfortunately only has standard sticks (no 49 ways). I also have a konami 4 player cab (simpsons/sunset riders/ etc) that was also converted to Blitz/showtime. Assume monitor problems and missing the boardset. It has harness with the 49 ways sticks and that extra board you have to have. The midway cab is $100 and the konami cab is $200.
CHEAP GAMES:
19" Dynamo cab - $75 monitor has raster, solid cab. wired jamma with 2 player 3 button panel. no board. comes with some sega MVP marque, bezel, and CP
Midway Clowns cocktail table. $50 Complete, not working, plenty of scratches on glass
Midway Gunfight - $50 Cab is in decent shape, complete old school B & W except missing PCB
Sega Head On - $50 - It is complete but not working. I'll take pictures, but this cab I believe got a little water on its top, but I might be wrong about that.
Virtual Cop - $50 working pcb, no monitor, no guns. Nice cabinet
NON VIDEO GAMES:
3 Little Pigs redemption game- I think its all there, needs a major cleaning (white mildew/mold powder, wipes right off though) and it was working when placed in storage. $Trade me something, Anything.... A pic of one like it is attached below
Great American coin operated Pool Table $300 - Nice table, no rips on felt but new felt and rails would make it perfect. I got an old school air hockey table to replace this, but has been in my gameroom 15 years
I've got a bunch more stuff I want to get rid of, So I'll be updating as I get to it. As I said, I am happy to trade for other machines which are working or not far from working, and cash is always good.
