Getting closer to being done. The ceiling will be the same dark blue as the walls when I am finished. However, it needs some repair first. The HVAC guys had to cut some holes when they installed the furnace. After that gets done, the whole ceiling will be textured and then I can paint. Its getting much closer, though. Now that I have more room, I want more to fill it up but I am going to cool it until we have everything fixed up.

Looks good, nice to see a fellow Nebraskan with a proper game room...I getting mine finished now too, blacklight carpet goes in next week..:D Next time Im out near Tilden Ill have to stop in for a few games...

Arcade style blacklight carpet is something I want to get as well. Right now, the main concern is getting things finished and set up in a useable manner. I want to get a whole bunch of signs, posters and other crazy crap for the walls in the near future. I hope to get a cheap sofa for watching TV one of these times and also a few more bar stools (I only have one right now). I need to get going on getting my daughter's new bedroom ready. Its all painted but I need to get carpet in there and get it decorated. Her birthday is the 15th and that is going to be one of the presents, seeing how it is the "Big 5".

Nice! Looks like yours is pretty much the same shade of blue as mine. I'm in the midst of doing mine as well. I'm going flat black for the ceiling though. Haven't decided what to do with the doors yet. I don't think I like the light blue. I'm thinking probably satin black but my wife is undecided still. I have an exit sign for mine so I don't think it needs to stand out too much. :D

That's looking good! Another collector here painted the pipes in his basement Nintendo Green to go with the arcade theme, might be a cheap way to tie those into the whole theme for you?

I thought about doing something like that with the pipes in my basement. Unfortunately, the pipes are too irregular (not straight).
