he can change the stats to and create just about anything.
For example recently I was having issues getting some shipping addrss with orders
(problem fixed) but created a stat for need shiping adress.

so you can update and change those stats at anytime to help make things more effecient
and keep customers more up to speed.

Twisted Quarter uses ZENCART and it sucks major ass. I've not been able to place an order with them and get accurate REASONABLE shipping EVER. I just placed an order for 8 locks, 20 screws and 3 switch locks and the system says it's just about 40 lbs and the cheapest shipping option is $40.00! WTF?

As is the case every time I order... I have to shoot an email over to get PROPER shipping costs... it's a pain in the ass... and frankly, if there were other vendors with the switch locks I'd likely buy from them. Andrew is a nice enough guy but this is YEARS of the same problem. You'd think he'd fix it.

I just placed my first order with GOG on the 28th for 3 items including a custom marquee. Got an email this morning stating it was shipped. So far so good.

I have known Andrew for some time and he is a good guy. If you just go ahead and pay he refunds the difference in shipping. I've told him when I have something shipped and the difference is $1 or less just keep it or even a few bucks to help with PP fees and such. He told me he had many problems in the past and only charges exact shipping and refunds any difference.

I agree. I have nothing but good things to say about Andrew and he will do exactly as stated above. The shipping is ridiculous but he makes it right.
