I know when it was MAME Marquees, Scott had a bad rep for not returning emails. Now that they opted for this 'Submit a ticket' nonsense, it's even worse. I tried responding to emails I received confirming my order (they bounced back). Submitting a ticket (password not valid, even though I just set it up). Submitting a ticket again (this time it seemed to go through). Now I click on my 'ticket status link' and I am told that my user account has been disabled. Try to login again (I was logged in already) I can't. So, I spend $70 for a custom order, have no direct communication from the guy, can't respond to emails or submit a ticket asking to add to my order, and am basically just sitting here wondering how to contact the guy. The whole thing seems silly. Anyone know how to contact the man?

Scott doesn't read the forums much I don't think. You're best bet is to PM him there. I get answers when I PM him there usually within a few days tops.

I also get answers at this email address: [email protected]

I will say this: it's fucking amazing that in 2011, there are so many websites and CMS that fall down so badly when it comes to usernames, registrations and passwords. This should really be a solved problem by this point. I don't know where the incompetence is (I doubt that GameOn rolled their own site or anything) but it's something I see on more and more sites each week.

I've always had good service when ordering from Scott, the one time I had an issue he resolved it quickly. That being said, I'm curious as to why you didn't go with Rich at TOG, isn't he doing custom work now? I suppose his turnaround time would be greater than Scotts, though.

I have tried countless times to email him I have yet to get a response on just one. All my stuff was easy. Sadly I don't even try nor recommend his site. Sorry but atleast a f u would be fine something hell anything.

This isnt a shot at him because I think Scott is a good guy. But I decided years ago when I started my site never to add the "username" and "password" because it just added another layer of stuff to do and seemingly every damn site on the internet wants you to have them.

Darin, belated rep for you. You are always johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to emails. Even when it's to confirm useless Batman trivia.

Scott has great product and I use him time and again, but his customer response is a bit below par. Course the dude must get shit-tons of orders and requests daily.

I've been having a LOT of communication issues with him lately too. I sent my 3rd "hello? are you there?" level email in the last week today.

This is for an order I've paid for 6 weeks ago now. I'm getting quite frustrated with the non-communication.

I ordered 4 custom items on Monday 10/24 and received it sat the 29th

That being said: happy with price and product
UNhappy with the emails and his elusive home page. And "shrug off" customer service.

yeah what he said :D

but seriously cant you login to GoG and just check stats of your order?

Who and What is GameOnGraphics.com ? Never heard of them ... They new? I would just order from one of the reputable printers such as ThisOldGame.com, Phoenix Arcade or MameMarquees.com ... OH YEAH, GOG's is / Was MameMarquees.com and someone decided to change their name for no good reason. ;)
