So it looks like the buyer should have been wise on pickup and never taken ownership of these games if he felt they were in such a condition regardless of what he previously thought of the seller.

LyonsArcade can't count
Now you know (next time) to send a driver that can judge the condition of the games.
If this is the whole story then I'm gonna have to side with you Dale. Who is the seller?Lets say a guy buys a truck load of games over the phone from a guy he knows and trust.
The seller tells the guy the games are complete and there is no water damage and since he has purchased from him before and he the seller is not a newbie and knows what water damage is and what a complete game is the deal is done over the phone. Truck goes down and picks up games and when the buyer gets them they are rotted from water damage and even still wet. The pins have been robbed of most of their parts and water damaged. Buyer tells seller he lied and to either discount greatly or come and get them. Buyer will still be out 500.00 in cost. Who is the dick?
Holy, are you two starting to get along? That's the first time you agreed with Dale, correct? lolIf this is the whole story then I'm gonna have to side with you Dale. Who is the seller?

Well based on what he's saying I agree with him, but I've asked him several times who the seller is and he don't seem to want to answer. Starting to wonder if there is something else going on here that he don't want to talk about. Like maybe the sellers story on this.Holy, are you two starting to get along? BTW dale, based on your evidence, I'll take your side. But would like to hear the other side of the story.
That is what makes it fun. And the Klover is Gordonfan if you guys must know.

I hope he's joking? I wouldn't need to sell him some bum games to get his money. I'd slap him like a punk and take his wallet. LOLWas he joking or are you doing some strange routine?
In my experience, no, games do not sell ethics. I don't believe that's even possible.
