We are looking for someone to open and operate a game room in the DFW area. Experience is a must, former game room employee, player, owner.

We will provide all the equipment and you provide the space and labor.

You will receive 60% of the profit and we will take 40%

A more appropriate subject line would be

ATTN: Sucker wanted so we don't have to risk much when our "equipment" turns out to be crap and can't turn a profit.

The equipment is essentially a one time cost (minus repairs) and pales in
comparison to the financial lability incurred by a commercial lease and hiring staff. A prospective arcade owner would be better off taking a loan for the euipment purchase vs giving up 40% of the profit. There is also a big difference between gross and net profit.. they need to define "profit".

Assuming they already own the arcade equipment. this is basically a zero risk proposition for them. A business deal often works best when all parties involved assume a portion of the risk.

Agree... Maybe they can have 40% after the bills are paid. :)
