So I dropped off my Tron the other day and monitor was not displaying a picture. I didn't have the key for the back door. Fast forward to yesterday and I arrived with my bag of keys and found the correct one. Win #1. Get the 2 back doors off and notice the PCB had shifted from 2 moves. After a quick inspection I see the monitor video cable was not connect to the PCB. Win #2. Plugged it in and fired up the game to a blue rolling screen, ugh. Go back to the cable and after some inspection realized I plugged it into the wrong slot on the PCB stack. Reconnected to correct slot and fired it up again. Up pops the most beautiful picture I have ever seen. Final win!

The game was dropped off at the buyer's friend's house. I let the friend know the game was running and I heard his kids squeal in delight. The friend and his oldest son come out to the garage, and I play a quick game to show the functionality of Tron. After I easily clear board 1 and half of board 2, the kid says, "wow are you an expert?". I respond with, who me? Without a beat the kid says, no the weedwhacker next to you. I start laughing and told him we play better when trying to show off. I complete board 2 and start on board 3. Almost cleared it but wasn't really trying.

So, the kid starts playing and we are watching him struggle and his dad says, you are going to need a lot of quarters. They will only have the game for a little while, but I am sure that kid will enjoy the time trying to learn how to beat Tron!

I hope the rest of my game sales go this well.
