Hello all, was wondering if anyone here will be attending the auction? I went down to the site last night and and checked out was was there. There were some classics but they all seemed to be pretty well used. The only thing that caught my eye was a non working Tempest with some different looking artwork.

Lots of huge shooter and sit down games. A couple of the 'world's largest' PacMan and Galaga games that looked really cool.

I won't be attending the actual auction today due to I'm full up and just coming off of picking up 3 expensive pinball games recently.

If any KLOVers see someone with a tie-dye Yellowstone t-short, feel free to say "Hi".

That Tempest UR is a project. Someone played with it yesterday and it was having board AND monitor problems.

Lots of newly made replicate, narrow cabinets for Mario Bros., DK, Popeye, Galaga, 20th Anniversary Ms Pac-Man / Galaga, Dr. Mario, NBA JAM, Super Mario Bors, Nintendo Vs., etc.

For classics:
Tempest UR $600*
Galaxian UR $175 or $200
Ms. Pac-Man $500
Time Pilot UR
Pac-Man UR (x2)
Space Panic UR $350 (missing monitor chassis)
Gyruss UR $600
Super Pac-Man UR $400
Phoenix UR $325
Pole Position
Polaris UR $200
Centipede UR
Stratavox UR $250 (missing PCB)

Also, two each of MK and X-Men, Gauntlet Legends, and the typical drivers and newer gun games.

There were two boxes of arcade, merit, 8-liner, etc. boards. One sold for $30 while the other for $20. I've robbed many of those Merit and 8-Liner boards for parts.

* The auction guy was saying the Tempest worked, except for a "t-connector"??? I call bunk based upon what I saw.

Who runs the Kingsport TN auctions? I miss the auctions that SA used to hold in St Louis MO area

Auction Game Sales. They are a decent and respectable outfit.

They do about 5 auctions per year in TN, 5 in Winston-Salem, NC...and lately a one-off per year. auctiongamesales.com

Without a doubt, this is a well run auction. I'm used to waiting many hours to checkout and we were gone within 1.5 hours (having bought and sold).
