There might have never been any GFII "city" cabs floating around USA. If any made it here, it would have been for a test run or used machine imports, but I've never even heard of one existing in USA. I'd say that you are more likely to find one in EU than here.
I've only ever seen one of those show up in North America and it was in Montreal about 20 years ago. Super cool cab that was always on my wanted shortlist, but is not a machine I ever expected to even run across as Sega only sold the Super DX here.
There are still a bunch of Super DXs around these days, but the harness in them won't be exactly like your cab. I've had 9 of them, I think, but 6 were scrapped because nobody wanted them 25 years ago...
As long as you have the wiring diagram for that cab type it should all be in there for you. I have an Airline Pilots deluxe that had pretty much every wire in the harness chewed in several places when I got it. It wasn't fun to patch up and I determined that it was easier to just use new connectors and replace half of the harness from scratch, but the manual filled in all the blanks I needed.
