Galaxy Blue Soiree 2012 - "A Night Between The Poles"
Hey folks, just me, good old lecherous Phetishboy here with my annual announcement. I will be having my Arcade party on Saturday, May 26th this year. Festivities start at 2pm and will go til at least Midnight. There is the possibility of a day 2 on Sunday, as it is Memorial Day weekend. I will decide that when I see how many people commit to attending, and how many plan to spend the night. I always feel one day/night is not enough, especially when some guys travel 700 miles to get here. We'll have some high score competitions, some food and a lot of 80's music streaming from my Rockola 470 45 rpm Juke Box. Lots of games to play for you new fellas, for my regulars, there are at least 5 new ones since last year.
*Play Wacko in the Outer Limits.
*Play Satan's Hollow in the Devil's Vortex.
*See the only dedicated Donkey Kong Jr. cabaret in existence!!
Bring your own beer or liquor. We do have some on hand, but it's always nice to save that for later. Converse with collectors, play game after game with your back to everyone or just stroll the 1250 square foot underground complex, collectively known as the Galaxy Blue Arcade and Amusement Parlor, with it's fully stocked lounge, home theatre and 3 arcades ( 'arcades' as in whole rooms full of games, not as in 3 machines like some of you internet generation guys like to refer to them). If you want to attend, post here. There is an AmericInn in town (Avon, MN) and several hotels in nearby St. Cloud if you plan to stay the night but aren't on the 'approved sleep over' list.
