It's playing blind with a blue tint on the monitor. I believe it's a G07 chassis. Any thoughts on what to check? Thanks

If you have any kind of a picture or tint, then your monitor isn't completely dead. Some caps would be a good place to start and a reflowing of the header pins wouldn't hurt either.

check transistors around your sync connector.

In photo it looks like nothing hooked up to the sync connector, or is that the video connection not hooked up?

Edit: I looked at a G07 I have out of a game, and I see from the photo your video cable from the PCB is not hooked up.

Sync is hooked up, but there is NO video signal at all. Find the video cable and hook it up to the video header.

Thanks, nice catch. Don't know how I missed that. Hooked it up and getting a washed out image with vertical waves/interference. At a minimum I'd think a cap kit is in order.
