Panels cut out thanks to plans from classic arcade cabinets.
Decided to use melamine this time instead of laminate. It was about $350 cheaper ($300 laminate + $50 contact cement), but hard to work with. I put the t-molding on right away to help protect from chips. Plywood base.
Assembled with dowels and construction adhesive. I used some L-brackets in the end too because I wasn't sure how the construction adhesive would hold to the melamine.
No greater relief than everything lining up. Whew.
Standing up while the construction adhesive dries, and so I can get it out of the way while I wait for parts.
