Galaga Power Supply Issues

Bump on the speaker hum noise, anybody have this problem? It's clearly interference. I basically fully discontinued the old PS and all wires are hooked to a switcher. Is something not grounded well enough maybe? I know some audio is grounded to the switcher now, maybe picking up intereference through there?

Unplug the marquee and see if it is still there.
