Galaga Arcade Machine - Help Needed.

How well did you check over the neck board? Since the tube was broken the neck board must have taken a hit.

Check the B+ voltage and the condition of the cap before you order the standard kit. It should be ~127vdc. I just replace them no matter what. Why not?

I don't see anything popping out at me on the neck board. Here's photos anyways. B+ is fine, don't think that would affect the electron guns anyways.

I thought it would be the video processing daughter board causing it. But since it always happens even with no signals I've ruled it out.
As well as the fact it likely isn't the galaga board itself.
