Just rebuilt a G07, new cap kit, flyback and HOT and now I can't get it to sync. I checked r303,306,314,317 and they are fine, replaced the pot for horizontal frequency and checked x301,302,305 and 306 and they are all good. I put the monitor chassis in another game and same issue there so it is not the game board. I can almost get it to sync but won't hold horizontally. Where to go now ?

1) Is the monitor connected to the game it came out of, or are you trying to make this work to put into a game? if the latter, you're sync wiring may be off.

2) Did it have this problem before? Did you reflow the sync pins when you did the kit? If yes to both, you may need to replace the IC chip next...

The monitor is connected to the same game so the wiring should be good, I tried another g07 chassis in the game and it worked fine. I also did reflow the sync pins with no luck, I will try to replace the ic 501 and see what happens. The chassis was working fine in the game until the flyback blew so that is why I did the rebuild.

So I ended up taking the new parts off the chassis and rebuilding another G07 chassis I had and now the screen looks fine and there is no sync issue. The only issue I seem to have now is the the B+ which is suppose to be +120vdc is reading +139vdc and I can't seem to adjust it. I replaced the adjustment pot for the B+ thinking that might be the problem but turning it doesn't do anything and it sits at 139vdc. I assuming that is way to high, what would cause the B+ to be so high and not allow me to adjust it. I don't want to fry my flyback.
