You can also rotate the yoke a little too. It'll obviously affect the orientation of the entire image, including the top, but you may find a happy compromise.
(I've used magnets on the tube to correct things like this before, but that's a can of worms of it's own and requires a ton of patience since it also requires correcting the convergence in that area. Lots of trial and error)
