I've got a G07 with a hair sensitive sync on vertical. I'm suspecting the D1138s might be leaky.

Which I'd be happy to replace, but...where do I get them? MCM - nope. Mouser - nope. Electronix - nope.

Anyone have them that can stuff a few into a padded envelope? If not, where is everyone getting them?

Already done. :)

To clarify further, it isn't just that the sync won't lock, it's WAY off. It can slow down a lot, but never stops.

And I'd like to have some on hand anyway, even if this isn't what's wrong. Eventually I'm sure I'll need them .

Aero Fighters is the test PCB, but I'm repairing it for someone that's putting it in a Pac-Man, IIRC.

edit: Ms Pac, but its the same animal.

All the rest of the G07s I've repaired have been fine with this PCB, so I'm confident that's not the issue. I can swap it out with something else, and probably will.

#1. Bob carries them

#2. Why would you suspect the driver transistors? There's feedback from the drivers back to the vertical amp in the HA11244, but not from the vertical output back to the oscillator, which is what matters for sync.

Because I don't have your sooper-dooper gift of understanding how these things work altogether. What I wouldn't give for that!

So even if they were leaky, that wouldn't cause the issue?
