G07 Picture issue

I soldered on a Bob Roberts edge connector on the boards and I cleaned the fuses and the holders, but I still have the problems.
 
Check Resistors R314 and R317 against the schematic. Some came from the factory with the incorrect resistors.

They both should be 390 ohms but many chassis had 4.7 K's put in by mistake.
 
That doesn't look like a wave. It looks like keystoning. C517 and C518 are usually the culprits. They are normally a 100uf 16v and 220uf 16v cap in parallel. Changing both to a 220uf 16v should help make it more square. I've seen folks move the size up to 1000uf 16v without any damage to correct major issues.

You should also inspect the solder around those caps, as well as the solder and wires on the pincushion transformer T503 and the other small transformer T501...
