Here is the low down:

Working G07 Missing Red Color, picture looks fine
otherwise, no other issues.

What I have done to the Chassis.

Cap Kit
Replaced X101, X102, X102/Neck with one from another board
Replaced Red Pot on Neck.

What other Components in the Red Circuit should I be checking ?

Few other things:
Chassis was missing Red before I done the cap kit
Hooked it up to different tube with the same results

Any ideas or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

possible wiring issue or pcb issue?

Have you checked the video header pins for bad solder connections yet??

This is more than likely the problem. Its not often I do a cap kit and find no broken solder joints on the header.

possible broken red wire to the neckboard.

And your tube might be bad...

Said he tried on another tube with same results. I worked on a monitor last week that had a bad tube. The green was dead.

Thanks for all of your suggestions thus far.

Here is an update to some of the recommendations above:

1.) Tried a different working PCB with same results
2.) Traced all the wires, no broken connections
3.) Other red pot is OK, but neither pots do anything to the
picture when you adjust them with game on.
4.) All header pins have been reflowed
5.) Tried another tube with same results, Tube I have chassis on now was put on a rejuvinater and tested good

Pull the red pin from your video connector and swap it with the green pin.

1) Do all the normally green items now display as red?

If so, then your red circuit on your monitor is fine, and there is an issue with the red signal getting from the PCB to the monitor.

2) Do all the normally red items now display as green?

If so, then the wiring and connectors to the monitor are fine, and the issue is between the connector pins and the tube.

This will at least help you narrow it down a bit.

Also, if you haven't checked X101 and X102 on the main chassis (as well as the supporting resistors, caps and diode (D101), you should do so. The red signal goes through there before making it to the neckboard...

EDIT* Saw you replaced X101/X102, but you mau want to trace through that circuit to make sure all the other parts (resistors) are reading properly. Same thing on the neckboard.

Oh yeah, and check the neck socket. Perhaps there is a problem on the socket for the red pin...

What is a header connection?? or Header pins?? I'm going thru the same thing with a WG 4600 only its blue.
Its where your r/g/b/sync wires plug into the chassis. Those pins then to get loose from the plug being pulled off so many times. The fix is simple, just resolder. I always remove the old solder then resolder them.

Update: Got the red back in my monitor, switched out the neck board with another one., Now I can't seem to get my picture to fill the screen using the Horz. Width coil for a Track and Field game, have 1" of blank screen on either side of the picture, have adjusted the Horz. width all the way. B+ Voltage is 120 Volts. any ideas ?
