If you turn on a G07 chassis without the yoke plugged in, does it damage the chassis?
If so, what do I need to look at?

Right now the monitor powers up, but I get a hazy white screen with blurry upper and lower edges. B+ pot is turned all the way clockwise and B+ voltage is 108v.

Any help would be appreciated!

I think your B+ is supposed to be 120v. Turn it up and recheck the picture.

I have never powered up a G07 with the yoke disconnected but I have done it many times with WG chassis and there has never been a problem.

I think it was clockwise but I always leave my meter connected and turn it until it is within spec so I could be wrong.

I verified it is supposed to be 120v.

I bet the POT is bad, that sucker is turned full clockwise!

So is 108v too low to sustain a picture? Or do things just go a little nuts in various ways at that voltage?

And to answer your question - no, leaving the yoke unplugged will not harm your monitor. Usually the monitor won't work at all that way, as there is no load.

Hell, I spent 2 hours tonight on a G07 trying to track down a no-sync issue, only to finally discover that my old reliable test pcb decided to crap out in the sync section. Once I put another pcb on, it synced just fine...
