G07 flyback will not adjust dark only light?

You are in shutdown mode. Check the soldering of electrolytic capacitor c511 (47 uf @ 250 volts) just like you did on C107. Bad connection at C511 will cause shutdown.

Checked c511, looked good but re-soldered to make sure. Ian Kellogg kit it's a 47uf @ 160v.

Ok so I re-flowed and checked everything I could find that looked like it needed solder ect...

Getting somewhere as I now get a picture but it's bright and blurry and adjusting the flyback up or down has no effect.

I am now able to adjust the B+ again and got it to 120 with the pot all the way to the right.

Should I still remove X701?

Really appreciate all the help guys.

no, if you have 120vdc on the b+ there is no need to pull that transistor.
Do you have game sounds? It looks like you aren't getting a signal from the pcb any longer. Is it playing blind?

It's hard to tell from my photo but you can barley see the game. The pcb is working perfect. Have sounds and gameplay. It's just a super washed out picture and adjusting the flyback has no effect anymore.

I reflowed just about everything and now I get this.

But yesterday it looked great too so hopefully I have fixed something.

Thanks again for all the help!!
