Hopefully this will help someone else out....
I would not waste my money on the 19" Flyback.
I went through several 19" Flybacks and had issues with everyone of them. The 19" worked but is was discharging electricity in and around the FB - this obviously was not right.
I put the 13" back on and it was ok, but the screen was width challenged (After a cap Kit).
So I tried the Bob Roberts Width kit and it gave me a decent picture. I tried a .1uf and the pic was way to wide and smelled like it was beginning to cook something. In the end I used a .22uf cap to get it right.
