My G07 was working and just quit. It was all original so I went ahead and replaced the flyback, HOT and capped it. I reflowed solder on all the input pins and at the fuses (which both test good). I get no neck glow. There is voltage at the AC plug and the wiring was checked for continuity from the board to the plug. I am not a monitor tech but can do basic work. Any ideas of where to look next would be appreciated. I know this is a broad "hey what's wrong with my monitor?" question but I'm stummped and don't know where to look next.

Check the two fuses and make sure resistor R908 is not open, it's back by the POTS.

Ok checked the voltage at the resistor and it was too high, so i removed X701 and the monitor started again. The flow charts says that it is a voltage regulator failure and to test all 900s and replace C511 which i have done. Not sure how to test some of these 900s components but will give it a try and let you know what I find out.

IIRC you have to measure R908 with one of the legs pulled off the board or you get false readings.
