A few weeks ago, my G07 started going a little funny. It would start going in and out of focus. I was told this was due to a flyback starting to die. I immediately turned it off and haven't turned it back on. Today, I replaced the flyback and install a new HOT I got from Lizardlick. I turned it on, nothing. Did a little troubleshooting and noticed F901 had blown. Replaced and it blew again. I double checked my solder on everything, checked the caps around the HOT area and all seems ok. I only have one of these fuses left so hopefully the problem can be found fairly easily. Could the HOT be on wrong. Here are a few pics included. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

DOH!! I forgot the insulator!!

Looks like you have shorted the HOT to the chassis from the pics.

Did you install a new mica insulator?

Set your meter for continuity, put one lead in the center of the HOT and the other lead to the chassis frame. What do you get?

Thanks guys, have it going now. Actually Dokert, what kind of mislead me was the new one did not come with any insulator at all (out of sight, out of mind) it's the first time I have replaced a HOT or flyback. A learning experience, but the old one come off undamaged and was able to reuse that. I need to really tweak the colors, they are off a bit. I let it warm up a few minutes and checked the B+. It's stuck at 143V and the adjustment pot does nothing. All the pots look kind of weathered. Should I replace them all?
